The Approach: 

A structured, step-by-step walkthrough was designed to mirror the real user journey inside TaskFlow. The goal was not just to show the interface, but to guide users through the exact actions they need to take—creating a workspace, setting up projects, and getting started.

To achieve this, the interface was simplified visually, and the sequence was carefully organized to maintain a logical flow. Visual cues and transitions were used to direct attention, ensuring users always understand what to do next.
